FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises making and stacking steel bars cut to customer's sizes in continuous rolling. Stacking the steel bars is performed in continuous rolling process at preset speed. This is ensued by rolling a continuous steel bar and cutting it to preset customer's sizes. Simultaneously, steel bar is continuously rolled and fed to aforesaid cut bars to stacking stations. Said stations can receive and stack bars. Said cut bars are stacked for unloading from rolling mill using two stacking stations at a time. Proposed device comprises rolling mill for making continuous steel bar, cutters coupled with central processor unit that drives said cutters at a time with continuous rolling of steel bar. Besides, it comprises two stacking stations to be driven at a time.
EFFECT: proposed method comprises making and stacking steel bars cut to customer's sizes in continuous rolling.
