FIELD: metallurgy, particularly manufacture of small rolled bars of round and square cross sections from carbonaceous constructional steels and making different parts of such rolled bars. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of continuous casting of billet of square cross-section bar; heating it by induction process at leveling temperature across its cross section after complete crystallization of ingot; bending billet by loop with radius 1-1.2 m; performing induction heating of billet; rolling it in combination with continuous casting process in planetary rolling mill including guiding and universal rolling stands; calibrating made rod; straightening it; cutting it by measured lengths and forming necessary parts of cut lengths of rod. According to invention, billet is cast with cross section 90-110 x 10-140 mm. Then it is heated until 850-950 C, it is reduced in guiding stand to circle with diameter 95-110 mm or to rounded square of equivalent cross section, and reduced in planetary stand to square or circle with elongation degree (17-25) while providing pauses between deformation stages no more than 0.05c. Behind planetary stand loop of rod is formed, it is cut by predetermined lengths at periodically arresting rod. Cut rod lengths are distributed at least with the use of one pointer by parallel flows for forming of them hard-wares and(or) rail cramps and(or) anticreepers. EFFECT: mass production of parts for railway roads in optimal heat- deformation modes with high efficiency and reduced power consumption.
