FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: suspension top support comprises outer ring element, inner bush, structural element and extra ring element. Said outer ring element comprises cylindrical section with seat for spring or bearing. Structural element abuts on one or both end surfaces of said bush. Structural element has cylindrical, conical or toroidal sections or combination thereof and can be composed by washer to abut on end surface, said washer being coupled with said bush to make inner bush axial displacement limiter. Extra ring element is arranged between outer ring element and structural element and permanently jointed with resilient element and has surface sections that follow those of structural element. Note here that ring element, bush and structural elements are permanently jointed with resilient element.

EFFECT: higher sound- and-vibration isolation.
