FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator as per the first version consists of an outer resilient element which is permanently connected to inside fittings. The outer resilient element is made as a bush with conical, spherical or cylindrical surfaces or combination thereof. The inner fittings are made as one or two cylindrical metal bushes having a flange part with flanging in the form of protrusions and recesses. Protrusions of one part of the fittings enter the recesses of the other part and are directed into the opposite sides. The vibration isolator as per the second version is a combination of the vibration isolator as per the third version with the fittings made according to the first version. The vibration isolator as per third version consists of the resilient element made as a bush or two or more bridges and permanently connected with the metal inner and outer fittings. Inner fittings are presented as one-piece structure consisting of cylindrical inner metal bushes with a flange part fitted by grooves, and of an outer part. The outer part is made of plastics or plastic-based composite material and has conical, spherical or cylindrical surfaces or combinations thereof.

EFFECT: longer service life, higher vibration isolation and noise absorbing capacity, reduced damper weight.
