SUBSTANCE: poppet valve for use with inner valve comprises opposite first and second seat surfaces for fluid flow control in spring-loaded inner valve, inner valve stem bore and plate secured to poppet valve. Said plate has a bore sized to limit fluid flaw rate through poppet valve when inner valve spring seat engaged with said stem abuts tightly on said bore. Invention covers design versions of poppet valve and inner valve.
EFFECT: fast action, higher reliability.
