FIELD: machine parts and assemblies.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to fluid medium flow control devices. Thermally compensated component of the valve gate in the valve gate assembly for the fluid medium flow control device comprises: a base formed from a first material having a first thermal expansion coefficient; sleeve connected to the base and made of the second material having the second coefficient of thermal expansion differing from the first coefficient of thermal expansion. Gate component comprises thermal compensation device located in gland installed between base and sleeve, wherein said thermal compensation device is made from a third material having a third thermal expansion coefficient different from the first and second thermal expansion coefficients, so that the heat compensation device minimizes the resultant thermal expansion difference of the valve gate component. Base has an outwardly extending pin, wherein the pin is located in the inner hole formed in the sleeve.
EFFECT: technical result is improved characteristics of the control valve, which will affect the quality of the end product.
