FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a vertical pipe, a deflector in the form of concentric circular conical rings fastened with radial partition walls, which form confusers as to height and in a circumferential direction, a branch pipe installed at the distance of 10-30 cm from outer pipe surface so that a gap is formed and rigidly connected to the upper edge of the lower conical ring. On partition walls perpendicular to the deflector base at equal distance from each other there installed are 8 rectangular plates. In upper internal angles of partition wall there are hook-shaped projections; an additional flat ring is rigidly fixed on each conical ring along the lower edge. Width of the first additional upper and lower flat rings is equal to width of rectangular plates, and the second additional conical ring is rigidly fixed on the upper edge of each conical ring.

EFFECT: use of the device provides the possibility of increasing the rising height of flue gases or air, which allows enlarging the distribution area of substances discharged from the pipe, reducing their concentration per unit of area and reducing environmental pollution.
