FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: seed and grain drying method, at which they are loaded, gravitationally moved in a downward direction through an upper and lower drying and cooling zones of a drier, ventilated with a drying agent and cooling gas respectively and unloaded. A new feature is that some part of the cooling gas is supplied to the upper drying zone, which is calculated as per the following equation:
EFFECT: drying efficiency improvement.
