FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying grain and can be used in agriculture and in the storage system, preferably for batch plants. The method consists in the fact that the grain is loaded into a device for drying, where the grain is moved, periodically exposed with heated and unheated drying agent, dried and discharged. The duration of the periods of exposure to the grain of heated and unheated drying agent is determined depending on duration of binning the grain in the drying hopper, the heat transfer coefficient during heating and cooling, the heat capacity of the grain, the specific surface of the grain, the proportion of heat used for heating, and the proportion of heat returned when cooling grain, the maximum allowable grain heating temperature when oscillating and the temperature of grain cooling, the temperature of the heated and unheated drying agent. The device for oscillating drying grain comprises a drying hopper (5), a furnace (3), a fan (4), and means (10) of loading and unloading (16), a vertical auger (6). At that the furnace (3) is provided with a longitudinal partition (12) separating it, at least into two channels, and a shut-off valve (13) to it.
EFFECT: method and device provide improved efficacy and safety of grain drying when oscillating.
