FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device according to both versions comprises a path of water supply for water supply, an injection hole, an outlet channel with an outlet hole for discharge of a jet flow outside, a chamber of water storage between the injection hole and the outlet channel, a section of water storage. The device according to the first version comprises a section of air bubble supply made as capable to form an air bubble and to supply the air bubble to the section of the water passage path. The section of air bubble supply forms a large air bubble, having the area of the cross section larger than the area of the section of the injection hole channel. Periodically the air bubble is supplied to the section of the water passage path for alternate formation of the first condition of water passage, in which the jet flow passes via the large air bubble, and the second condition of water passage, in which the jet flow passes via the stored water. The device according to the second version comprises a section of air supply made as capable to supply air to the section of the water passage path. The section of air supply alternately and repeatedly forms the first condition of water passage, in which the jet flow passes via the air by means of air supply in order to cover surroundings of the jet flow, and the second condition of water passage, in which the jet flow passes via the stored water by means of suppression of air supply.

EFFECT: large variation of speed of discharged water flow without pump usage.
