FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of preserved second-course lunches production. Chicken meat is cut, mealed in wheat flour and fried in melted butter. Leek is cut and sauteed in melted butter; green beans and dill greens are cut and frozen; carrots are blanched and cut. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with bone broth and maintained for swelling. The listed components are mixed with sour cream and salt. The produced mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake introduction into the product composition allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
