SUBSTANCE: device includes a reamer installed inside a repair patch with possibility of subsequent movement along the axis from one end of the head piece to the other one, a control element installed immediately at rear part of the reamer in the direction of its movement. Some part of the element is calibrated so that the element can freely pass inside the patch when it is expanded to the required extent, thus following after the reamer movement, and vice versa, it cannot enter inside the patch when it is improperly or insufficiently expanded.
