FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining method that includes fractioning of oil stock together with light fractions of thermal conversion and hydroconversion with obtainment of light fractions, heave gas oil and residue, hydrofining of light fractions, deasphaltasing of fractioning residue together with thermal conversion residue, and, at least, a part of hydroconversion residue with obtainment of asphalt-free oil and asphalt; at that mixture of heave gas oil and asphalt-free oil is subject to thermal conversion with obtainment of light fractions and residue sent to deasphaltasing, while asphalt is subject to hydroconversion with obtainment of light fractions and hydroconversion residue; at least, part of the latter is sent to deasphaltasing, while the remaining part is burnt in order to receive energy for auxiliaries and output of vanadium and nickel concentrates; besides sum of light fractions obtained during fractioning, thermal conversion and hydroconversion is subject to hydrofining and stabilisation with production of diesel fuel and light stabilisation fraction, which is subject to catalytical refining and fractioning of conversion products with production of petrol.
EFFECT: run-down oil distillation, non-availability of semiproducts, production of motor fuels and diesel fuel with high output rate, expanding assortment of merchantable products.
