FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the oil processing method that includes oil fractionation with receipt of gas, gasoline cut and diesel oil cut, heavy gas oil and tar, catalytic hydroconversion of tar with receipt of gas, gasoline cut and diesel oil cut, heavy gas oil and residue of catalytic hydroconversion which is processed with the output of vanadium and nickel concentrates, processing of heavy gas oil amounts with receipt of additional quantity of gasoline cuts and diesel oil cuts and also processing of the amount of diesel oil cuts by the known methods with receipt of diesel fuel. The amount of gas is processed by treatment from hydrogen sulphide and by catalytic dehydrocyclodimerisation of at least one part of the purified gas, processing of heavy gas oil amount is made by thermal conversion together with the amount of gasoline cuts and product of catalytic dehydrocyclodimerisation with receipt of gas, gasoline cut and diesel oil cut and residue of thermal conversion; gasoline cut of thermal conversion is subject to catalytic oligomerisation with receipt of additional quantity of diesel oil cut and recycle gasoline cut, at that tar is subject to catalytic dehydrocyclodimerisation in a mixture with the residue of thermal conversion and residue of catalytic hydroconversion is used together with purified gas balance as a fuel for energy generation for auxiliaries and as raw material for production of hydrogen.
EFFECT: oil refining with receipt of diesel fuel as the only product with high output rate, independence of oil refining process from external sources of electric energy and fuel.
