FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Moulding chamber comprises base 3, top part 4, two sidewalls 5, pressure plate 6 and turn plate 10. Top part 4 has one or more holes 22 to be filled with sand and communicated with sand feed system 14. Pressure plate 6 is equipped with replaceable pattern plate with pressure pattern 8 and connected to drive 9. Turn plate 10 is furnished with replaceable turn pattern plate with turn pattern 12 to reciprocate and turn thereat to extract formed patterns by pressure plate 6. Moulding chamber has drive 13 of sync vertical displacement of top part 4 and sand feed system 14, or base 3, or both, relative to the rest moulding chamber.
EFFECT: flexible sizes of moulds, particularly, height with no changes in sand feed system geometry.
