FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and may be used for the prevention of haematogenous metastasis of gastrointestinal tumours. A sterile self-adhesive dressing 6×4 cm is placed with an adhesive side upwards under a hepatoduodenal ligament. A sterile silicone tube 1 metre long is laid with its one end on the dressing not less than 2 cm from the border, while the other end is coupled with an infusion pump syringe; the dressing is wrapped above the hepatoduodenal ligament thereby gluing the free borders together so that the tube is placed inside the dressing. An inspection, mobilisation and extraction of the tumour is accompanied by introducing a chemopreparation solution inside the dressing using the infusion pump. The dressing is exposed to ultrasound generated by an apparatus operating at 880 HZ, 0.4 Wt/m2 with mobilising the vessels and extracting the tumour.
EFFECT: method allows reducing a risk of metastasis.
