SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a fan. In a preferable version, to a domestic fan, such as a floor-mounted fan meant for creation of air circulation and an air jet in a room, an office or other domestic compartments. The fan includes an air flow creation device and an air outlet device intended to eject an air flow; the air outlet device is installed on a rack that includes a base and a support adjustable as to height. The base includes a device intended to perform oscillatory movement of the support, and the air outlet device.

EFFECT: invention allows creating a non-uniform air flow; with that, stability of the fan is maintained without any considerable enlargement or weighting of the base.
