The method envisages recipe components preparation, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with bone broth and maintenance for swelling, its mixing with tomato paste, bone broth, sugar, salt and black hot pepper and cooking to produce a sauce; pork cutting and sauteing in melted fat; carrots and bulb onions cutting and sauteing in melted, the listed components packing, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
