SUBSTANCE: method includes intratubal hydrodynamic inspection by blowholes isolation device movement in pipeline, the device contains a seal, a setting tool and control and measuring instruments unit including differential pressure gauge and a flow-metre connected by logging cable to ground registration unit. Also the method involves movement of this device in pumped media along the pipeline using logging cable and lubricator with recording pressure fluctuations and pumped media flow with current longitudinal coordinates of pipeline blowhole section interval. The seal is installed in blowhole section interval. Pipeline blowhole section is isolated from intratubal cavity by resilient seals by their compression using the setting tool. The setting tool is separated from the seal by cutting shear pins and is removed from the pipeline together with control and measuring instruments unit.
EFFECT: reducing duration of intratubal diagnostics and blowholes isolation in internal pipelines.
