SUBSTANCE: method implemented with a house fly (Musca domestica) imago used as testing object. Biological value of the product is determined through comparison of the life span of an imago in whose ration the dairy product under study is included and an imago having dairy products excluded from its ration.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and promptness, evaluation simplification and cheapening.
