SUBSTANCE: electric appliance (100) for laundry drying includes case (110) with top cover (119), rotating drum (105) placed in the case, and drying air circulation system for laundry drying, intended to ensure drying air circulation through the drum to dry laundry placed inside the drum. Top cover features races inside for drying air circulation, and air-air heat exchanger (535) positioned inside races and intended to remove moisture and dehydration of drying air, suction device (560) for suction of cooling air (555) from environment and forced flow of cooling air through air-air heat exchanger to cool drying air and condense moisture from air, and perforated top panel (592; 1805) with orifices for cooling air output to environment after passage through air-air heat exchange, where perforated top panel forms a surface for clothes drying where clothes to be dried can be laid.
