SCRAPER CONVEYOR Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC B65G19/06 B65G19/22

Abstract RU 2513091 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor comprises closed two-chain (1, 2) pull circuit running over drive sprocket and idler and having scrapers (3) and running support rollers (4, 5) to move in guides (7, 8) secured on bearing chute (6). Every scraper has bottom (10) extending as a cantilever in direction (9) of top load-carrying flight perpendicular to scraper vertical surface and located with minimum clearance (11) relative to load-carrying chute bottom. Bottom width is taken equal to that of rectangular cross-section scraper while length of bottom 10 extending as a cantilever makes 0.3÷0.4 of scrapers spacing over conveyor length.

EFFECT: decreased poser consumption, lower wear.
