SUBSTANCE: proposed running gear comprises central lateral wheel, equaliser fitted on the central wheel axle and lateral wheels with axles mounted at equaliser ends. All three wheels of this vehicle have parallel rotational axes located in common horizontal plane and are additionally articulated at wheel two rim points by common axles to make with axles of the wheels a four-link crossed-crank mechanism.
