FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsors, mainly, of off-road vehicles including wheelchairs. Running gear comprises wheel mounted on axle, balancer fitted at wheel axle, road rolls fitted at free ends of the balancer and endless belt running over road rolls. Drive wheel is composed of structurally identical two wheels with tread and hub arranged in different planes. Endless belt drive sprocket is fitted on common shaft between wheels hub to run over top points of aforesaid rolls and belt drive sprockets at horizon equal top level.
EFFECT: better flotation and possibility to move upstairs.
