FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: device for removal of extended hair, comprising two gripping jaws (6, 7) movable relative to each other by means of a drive (3, 4, 5), in which area the pressure loadable reservoir for liquid, in the form of piston-cylinder unit (9, 10) enters. To ensure only linear movement of the actuation of the gripping jaws (6, 7) and the pressure loading of piston-cylinder unit (9, 10) is carried out respectively by the gear transmission (3, 4, 5; 11, 12, 13). Each gear transmission may comprise either a rack bar (11) and a gear wheel or a segment (12) of the gear wheel, or a gear-type spindle (4) with a sliding nut (5). Both two gear transmissions (3, 4, 5; 11, 12, 13) can be connected kinematically with the ability of regulation.
