As active components, composition includes tolclofos-methyl and neonicotinoid compound of formula (1), where A stands for 6-chloro-3-pyridyl group, 2-chloro-5-thiazolyl group, tetrahydrofuran-2-yl group or tetrahydrofuran-3-yl group, Z represents methyl group, NHR² group, N(CH₃)R² group or SR² group, R¹ is hydrogen atom, methyl group or ethyl group, R² stands for hydrogen atom or methyl group, or R¹ and R² together represent group CH₂CH₂ or group CH₂OCH₂, X is nitrogen atom or CH group and Y stands for cyanogroup or nitrogroup.
