FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crushing devices and can be used in cereal-processing industry, food industry, etc. Proposed device comprises housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, crushing chamber with detachable built-up corrugated baffle and replaceable sizing screen fitted along the chamber edges, rotor provided with accelerating vanes, detachable beaters being arranged on the ends of the latter. Said baffle and screen arranged inside the housing are compound and made up of alternating sections that form crushing chamber. Two-ring-like disks are attached to rotor vanes. Discharge vanes arranged behind the crushing chamber are rigidly secured onto top disk edges. There is a clearance smaller than or equal to crushing modulus between top disk, screens and baffle. Discharge branch pipes are arranged tangentially in pairs on the device housing.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption.
