FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-and-gas industry and can be used for prevention of sand production from loose beds. Proposed device comprises filter, valve, washout holes, disconnector, filter pipes, shoe, gravel completion and removal assembly composed by the case with three bores diameters increasing from bottom to top. Split sleeve is fitted at the case mid diameter in guide and lock screws by overlap washout holes by lengthwise grooves on sleeve outer surface to communicate pipe with annulus. Cylindrical sleeve locked by shear screws is arranged above said split sleeve. Guide and lock screws double as cylindrical sleeve thrust. Split sleeve locked by shear screws is fitted at the case top diameter to rest partially by its lower base on said cylindrical solid sleeve.
EFFECT: simplified design and process, time saving.
