SUBSTANCE: one prepares recipe components of preserves at the specified ratio. Potatoes are cut and blanched. Calamary fillet and brined cucumbers are cut. Fresh green peas are frozen. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. Then the listed components are mixed with salt and black hot pepper. Then the produced mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
