SUBSTANCE: ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. According to the recipe ratio, one performs the listed components mixing with tomato puree, mango puree, garlic puree, sugar, salt, ground ginger, cardamom and nutmeg, the mixture cooking, addition of acetic acid, the mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation to produce the target product.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
