SUBSTANCE: method involves recipe components preparation, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling. One mixes ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake with tomato puree, mango puree, garlic puree, sugar, salt, red hot chilli pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon, cooks the mixture, adds acetic acid and performs packing, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
