The listed components are mixed with mayonnaise, acetic acid, sugar and salt to produce garnish. One performs sturgeon cutting, sturgeon, garnish and fish broth packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
