FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat power engineering and may be used in development of boilers with a circulating layer, also of high capacity. The boiler with the circulating layer comprises a heat exchanger of the circulating layer with external heating surfaces of the boiler, convective heating surfaces and a screened furnace with nozzles of secondary blowing. At the bottom in the furnace there is a combustion chamber installed with a clearance with a boiling layer and a blade swirler at the outlet, besides, the heat exchanger of the circulating layer is connected to this clearance, and via risers - the combustion chamber. At the top in the furnace there is an inbuilt trap of circulating particles, which is made in the form of a throat formed by screens with a gas release window. In the gas release window and the furnace there are blowing nozzles installed tangentially with the inclination, directed to the wall-adjacent area of the furnace. The throat with the gas release window is suggested to be made by bending pipes of side screens of the furnace towards the contour of the gas release window with formation of hoppers for collection of carryover or in the form of a gas-tight ceiling screen with a circular collector and a conical nozzle of sharp blowing of circular form protruding through it into the furnace with swirling blades at the outlet.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions and simplified design of a boiler with a circulating layer.
