SUBSTANCE: method involves chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, lemons cutting and blanching, parsley greens cutting and freezing, fish fillet cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling. The listed components are mixed with salt and black hot pepper. Sour cream and mayonnaise are mixed. One proceeds with the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
