FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: production envisages recipe components preparation, carrots, parsley roots, celeriac and bulb onions cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, garlic and orange peel blanching and straining, parsley and celery greens cutting and defrosting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with dry white wine and maintenance for swelling. Then one performs the listed components mixing with tomato paste, salt, black hot pepper, allspice and laurel leaf, veal cutting, pounding, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, veal, the produced mixture and dry white wine packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
