FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and can be used in aircraft airfoil drive, particularly that of flap extension. Aircraft flap drive comprises two lever systems with con rods engaged via rocker with section main shaft running in bearings. Main shaft sections are coupled by split couplings. Electromechanical drive of main shaft sections incorporates motor and hollow rotor angular position transducer, and at least two-step harmonic drive reducer with bodies of revolution and hollow output shaft. First and second step oscillator consists of two cams with opposite eccentricity, bearings and rings. First and second step cages accommodate balls interacting with wave surface of stiff wheel of appropriate step. Balls controlled uncoupler is arranged between the main and hollow shafts.
