FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: leguminous raw material and freeze-dried meat from the storage bins are supplied onto the scale with the help of rotary dosers; then the leguminous raw material is delivered into the hammer meal with further entry into the extruder charging zone, through the sieving unit and via a nipple. Freeze-dried meat is delivered into the disintegrator with further entry into the extruder middle zone, through the sieving unit and via a nipple. If the moisture content of the product discharged from the extruder is less than 6%, the product is immediately delivered into the flavouring additives application apparatus; the moisture content being in excess of 6%, the product is delivered into the roller crusher, then - into the additional drying apparatus and further into the flavouring additives application apparatus; installed downstream relative to the latter is a dryer wherefrom the product is supplied for packing and packaging,.

EFFECT: extension of the technological capabilities of the line for production of snacks based on meat-and-vegetal components, extension of the range of improved quality extrudates produced, production of a finished product enriched with freeze-dried milk products and adapted for various population groups, elimination of spoilage and reduction of raw material wastes, selection of most efficient modes for non-standard products processing without detriment to quality.
