FIELD: feed industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the feed industry, in particular to complex technological line for producing mixed fodders for cattle. The line contains two sections, one of which is designed for producing granular mixed fodders with protected protein, and the other is designed for preparing herbal granules. The first section contains production hoppers with dispensers, screw feeder, sifter, magnetic column, screw conveyor, mixing hopper, portion strain gage balancers, batch mixer, bucket elevators, mixing hopper, crusher, air conditioner-steamer with ejector nozzles located along the entire length, extruder and dryer-cooler for extruded granules. The second section contains loading hopper, loading conveyor, drum dryer, heat generator, cyclones, hammer crusher, granulator press and cooling column for herbal granules. The line is additionally equipped with vacuum mixer with nozzles for applying liquid components on the surface of granules obtained on the first and second sections.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows producing highly efficient mixed fodders.
