FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete mixers and may be used in other fields of construction. Said mixer comprises mixing chamber with material loading and discharge openings, vaned rotor and vaned rotor drive. Top and bottom vibrators are rigidly secured at the centre of mixing chamber top and bottom parts. Top and bottom vibrators made on cases to be excited by bottom, mid and top crank gears and to generate vibration fields at mixing chamber centre to be applied from bottom and top vibrators. Vibrator cases are composed by metal corrugated shells, i.e. corrugated thin-wall bodies of revolution, to generate three equal amplitude different-frequency vibration fields. The latter correspond in shape to corrugated outline of different-direction bodies of revolution. Disk with spring is secured inside bottom vibrator shell. Said spring is fitted in the barrel engaged with crank gear con-rod and pusher. Bottom vibrator disk is provided with four pushers engaged with con-rod of bottom gear. Top vibrator has the disk with spring fitted in barrel engaged with pusher and top vibrator con-rod. Con rod is rigidly secured to the barrel inner part centre and driven by mid con rod gear while pusher is secured to barrel top outer part and rigidly secured by opposite end to bottom vibrator corrugated case inner top part to excite vibrations from bottom vibrator case top part via con rod of mid con rod gear. Said disc can excite vibrations from vibrator casing central part by four pushers with their top part symmetrically secured to disc bottom part and their bottom part articulated with crank mechanism con-rod moving swivel. Disk with guide post is rigidly secured inside corrugated shell of top vibrator at the centre of horizontal plane. Rod is rigidly secured to barrel inner part while pusher is secured to inner part to make the smallest crimp of corrugated shell of top vibrator to excite vibrations of top vibrator case smallest crimp. Four ledges are secured in symmetry over the barrel outer cylindrical surface to transmit reciprocation to top vibrator disc. Said ledges distribution said vibration field uniformly from the top shell smallest crimp by creation of uniform amplitudes of displacement of outer generatrix of top metal corrugated shell at spring compression against the stop to rubber gaskets. Spring is arranged between cases of top and bottom vibrators, at the centre to excite additional vibrations of mixed components from cases of said vibrators.
EFFECT: expanded range of hardware, intensified mixing, higher efficiency.
