SUBSTANCE: vivification of the ends of an injured nerve is preceded by putting a temporary transneural suture at a distance from the separated end of the nerve equal to a neuroma size. End faces of the injured nerve are vivified; the temporary transneural suture is tightened pulling to reach the ends of the vivified nerve. The transneural sutures are uncut. An epineural suture is made using the transneural suture as a holder. When the operation is completed, the temporary transneural suture is removed, and epineural electrodes are placed to an epineural membrane in a proximal and distal direction from a neurography region for a further electric stimulation.

EFFECT: method provides the more effective repair that is ensured by optimising a neurography technique avoiding convolution and crushing of the matched bunches, avoiding dislocation, angulation and rotation of the end of the nerve.
