FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of applying non-aqueous composition on metal substrate, and can be applied in paint and varnish industry. Non-aqueous composition contains the following components with their ratio: A) from 10 to 60 wt % of unsaturated (met)acrylate polymer or oligomer; B) from 5 to 50 wt % of unsaturated epoxy(met)acrylate, which in fact does not contain epoxy groups; C) from 10 to 90 wt % of reactionable diluents or E) from 10 to 90 wt % of diluents or mixture of diluents; D) from 0.1 to 10 wt % of one or more photoinitiators; F) from 2.5 to 4.0 wt % of one or more activators of adhesion; and G) from 29 to 41 wt % of one or more additional additives. Diluent is selected from group, including mono-, di-, tri- or poly- C1-C10-alkyl or C6-C10-aryl(met)acrylates or vinyl esters, or their mixtures. Content of C) and E) components is calculated relative to the total amount of A) and B) components, and in case of their combination, their total amount constitutes from 10 to 90 wt % calculated per the total amount of A) and B) components.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain coatings with good adhesion, covering and stability.
