FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: rotary semisubmersible pump comprises housing, rotor with shaft and exposed multistart impeller and bearing plate. Pump housing comprises running gear case arranged at bearing plate and suspension case attached thereto from below and clamped to flow section case. Said impeller comprises main disc with the set of curved blades. Said blades are regularly separated by blade channels. Active volume of dynamic filling of diffuser vane channels allows ejection of (5.0÷1500)×10-5 m3/vol of pumped fluid into flow section. Said main disc is equipped with hydrodynamic protection composed by impeller. Flow section case is furnished with circular ledge-like wall with wall smallest outer radius larger than that of impeller blades.
EFFECT: longer life, higher reliability and efficiency, reduced harmful emissions.
