FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agricultural machinery industry. In implementation of the method, the plant mass is fed for threshing into the gap between the drum 2 and the tubular deck 7. The plant mass is moved into the threshing gap along the helical path and the pressing force is applied to it with the end working surfaces of the threshing elements by giving them the rotational-vibrational motion and the grain is separated from the threshed mass through holes of the deck 7. During threshing the drum 2 is motionless. Pressing force is applied to the plant mass across the annular space of the gap by the threshing elements mounted in rows along the generant of the drum 2 by giving their end working surfaces the rotational-vibrational motion of counter or opposite direction of flow of the plant mass. The grain separation of the threshed mass is additionally carried out due to its fluffing in the cavity formed by reducing the diameter of the drum 2 outlet, and shaking it with the vibrating element 13 mounted on the upper outlet part of the drum 2. The vibrating element 13 is given the vibrational motions directed along the longitudinal axis of the drum 2.
EFFECT: inventions provide reduced power consumption of the process of threshing, more complete separation of grain, and increase in productivity and quality.
