FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of construction, namely, to a construction plant and a method to lift its mast. The construction plant comprises a bearing transport facility, a mast installed on a bearing transport facility with the possibility of rotation around the axis, which is made as capable of rotation between the lifted working position and the inclined transport position, and at least one lifting cylinder for rotation of the mast between the working position and the transport position. To rotate the mast, a lifting rope is provided additionally to at least one lifting cylinder, which is guided along the guide block arranged on the mast, and which is made as capable of engagement at one side on the transport facility and at the other side on sledges installed as capable of displacement along the mast. At the same by means of creation of a traction force on a lifting rope via a guide block a lifting force is sent to the mast in direction of its working position.
EFFECT: invention provides for reduction of the load at a lifting cylinder, possibility to arrange a lifting cylinder of smaller length, and also additional security for a mast during failure of cylinders.
