FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to device for well development in the ground. The device comprises the carrier, mast installed at the carrier, slide bars installed so they can slide along the mast with drilling drive mounted at the slide bars and intended to actuate the drill rod into rotational movement, drive of the slide bars intended to move them along the mast, and control device to control drive of the slide bars. At that the control device is designed to determine own weight of the drill rod against result of back effort measurement obtained by the sensor. At that memory unit is envisaged in the device in order to store value of own weight of the drill rod; the control device is designed to deliver control signal to drive of the slide bars by which load of the drill rod to the borehole bottom may be set as equal to the preset value, moreover drive of slide bars is designed to press the drill rod actively to the borehole bottom, whereat the preset load exceeds force generated by own weight of the drill rod.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of well development.
