FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemical industry, in particular to production of butadiene-styrene rubbers, obtained by emulsion (co)polymerisation, and to method of their filling at the stage of latexes, and can be used in production of rubber products. Method of obtaining filled butadiene0styrene rubber includes copolymerisation of butadiene with styrene in emulsion in presence of radical initiators, stopper application, degassing, introduction of antioxidant and fibrous fillers of the following type - cotton, viscose, kapron, separation of rubber from latex by method of coagulation in presence of coagulating agent and 2% water solution of sulfuric acid. After that washing and drying of rubber crumbs are carried out. Coagulation is carried out in presence of combined coagulating agent. Combined coagulating agent consists of 5-30% water solution of magnesium or calcium chloride, introduced in amount 10.0-15.0 kg/t of rubber, and fibrous fillers or their mixture, introduced in amount 1.0-10.0 kg/t of rubber.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase method productivity, intensify process of drying rubber crumbs, reduce consumption of coagulating agent, stabilise process of rubber separation from latex, and reduce environment pollution with products of rubber production.
