FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: in the fire extinguishing system the deluge sprinkler comprises a housing in the form of a fitting with the channel and the divider mounted on the holders. The housing is connected with at least two arcuate holders that hold the sleeve with the divider attached to it. The divider is made in the form of a diffuser with a belt bent toward the base, with lobes located on the generatrices of the conical surface of the belt. Inside the divider an atomiser is additionally installed, made in the form of a hemisphere. The hemisphere is attached by means of at least three radial horizontally located flat lobes to the inner surface of the divider. The axis of the hemisphere coincides with the axes of the through channel of the fitting and the sleeve, and its inner cavity is directed towards the sleeve.

EFFECT: increased fire extinguishing efficiency due to providing the ability of formation of a uniform finely atomised liquid flow and the introduction of high-speed elements in common circuit of the automatic fire extinguishing system.
