The shut-off and starting device of the automatic fire extinguishing system contains a pipeline for supplying the extinguishing agent and at least one means of distributing the extinguishing agent over the zones of possible ignition or fire, the shut-off and starting device is made with an electromagnetic drive for opening the outlet of the extinguishing agent from the means of distributing the extinguishing agent and contains a permanently installed electromagnetic lock with a lock anchor, pivotally installed and attracted to the lock anchor by magnetic forces when electric current is applied to the electromagnetic lock, the clamping bar and the clamp mated with the clamping bar with a plug for the outlet of the extinguishing agent from the fire extinguishing agent distribution means, made with the possibility of opening the exit of the extinguishing agent from the fire extinguishing agent distribution means when the clamping bar and the clamp with a plug are released at the moment of opening the electromagnetic lock.
