EFFECT: invention enables reducing doses or withdrawing non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations and glucocorticoids, and enables reducing the activity of destructive processes in the involved injury that leads to reducing the activity of progressive posttraumatic osteoarthrosis in the initial stage.
