FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises an artificial dug and a filiform sensor. The housing of the artificial nipple is made of non-deformable material and corresponds to the natural size of dug of udder of animals. Under the artificial dug along the axis in the vertical plane of the teat cup a number of isolated electrical sensors is placed. The sensors are located at equal distances from each other along the entire length of the deformable part of the teat cup liner. The extreme probes have a conical shape and differently directed inside the teat cup liner. Each sensor is connected directly through the inner core rod with a metre, which is used as an electronic analytical unit. The artificial dug is placed in the teat cup and using the sensors the stiffness of the teat cup liner in the dynamics is measured, determining the duration of closing of the part of the teat cup liner, which is under the artificial dug. The resulting stiffness characteristics of the teat cup liner are compared with the required conditions of serviceability in milking machines.
EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy and reliability of stiffness evaluation of the teat cup liner in the real area of its deformation at work of the milking machine in dynamics.
